Growing up as a competitive swimmer and volleyball player, Dorsa developed an early appreciation for movement, performance, and the body’s incredible ability to adapt. She went on to complete both her Honours Bachelor of Science and Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, combining her passion for science, movement, and problem-solving into a career focused on helping people move and get better.

Dorsa believes physiotherapy works best as a collaborative process, where therapist and patient work together toward meaningful, individualized goals. She takes a patient- centered approach to care and tailors treatment plans to each person’s lifestyle, comfort level, and priorities. Her treatment style combines hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, movement retraining, and education, with a strong emphasis on understanding the “why” behind pain and dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms. She has a particular interest in pelvic health physiotherapy, including pelvic pain conditions, bladder and bowel dysfunction, core and low back rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum care, and pre- and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation. Passionate about lifelong learning, Dorsa continually pursues new research and ongoing education to provide evidence-based, up-to-date care tailored to each individual.
